Don’t listen to Paula, Three Sisters has great food and excellent service. The fresh spring rolls are amazing! Portions are generous too. If you enjoy Pho, be sure to come hungry. One of my favorite places to eat in Spokane.

I took my friend there tonight for dinner. The sweet and sour pork was gross, dry rice and the over all food wasn't good. the only thing that was ok was the greasy egg roll. I won't recommend this place nor will I ever return. I feel like I wasted 35 bucks!

The food was absolutely terrible. Will not be eating here again the lunch specials are terrible ate for 3 and still waiting for the check after waiting 10 minutes to be seated and another 15 for our order to be taken. wish I took my daughters advice and went to Wendy's would have made everyone a whole lot happier. there is one server doing everything deliveries serving drinks ect.. don't know what's up with the kitchen but the sauce was absolutely terrible the tea looked like water we had to mix it up ourself and still looked and tasted like water their bubble tea isn't bubble tea so I spent 13 dollars on 2 drinks that aren't what they say they are... super frustrated and will never come back. again still waiting on my check as I write this review. pretty sure the same poor server is also washing dishes... my biggest problem was the quality of food. I choose a sit in to get quality food otherwise I would have went to a buffet for the same price probably cheaper honestly... and honestly the quality of food at the last buffet was much much better than here. the only thing I enjoyed was the egg rolls. everything else and everyone's dishes were absolutely terrible. the soup is good and the egg rolls anything else... no go somewhere else seriously save yourself the stress.
they literally drown your food in sauce and it's terrible and tastes like a mix between BBQ and sweet and sour so gross.. its dark brown... why? the fried rice has zero flavor the noodles are not cooked properly it was bad... 55 dollars for 3 people... I can't even. a buffet would of been cheaper

Upon walking in, we weren't greeted. We had to walk to the counter and ask for a table. The older woman at the front made it seem like we were inconveniencing her, she was obviously irritated. She didn't ask where we wanted to sit, if we wanted drinks or made much of any casual conversation. When taking our order, she asked "What do you want?". Nothing else. The cook started serving, bussing and paid us out (she was very kind), which should not be her job. The bathrooms were dirty as were the condiments at our table. We have heard good things about this place, but I would not recommend based alone on the experience we had. We will not be going back because of this woman's rude and unprofessional customer service.

This location is so different than the one further down Sprague. No crackers with soup, no tea, waitress craby, didn't seem to want to be working. Man nice and friendly. Food was ok. Will skip this one and go to the three sisters food to go wherein you can still dine in.

There was only 1 person working during the lunch rush. Literally only 1. She was doing everything. Cooking, serving, taking orders, and cashiering. Took 10 minutes to get water and 10 more to get our order taken. The pho was really good and a very large size. But my husband got almond chicken and sweet and sour chicken, and neither of them was very good. The almond chicken's "sauce " was more like a thick gelatinous paste that tasted more like starch than almonds. And the sweet and sour chicken was a weird dark brown color and so dry he could hardly chew it. We never did get our tea. We will not be going back.

My mother got the pot stickers, and I got number 17, forgot it's name. They were both wonderful. We went there for my birthday and I was happy with how my food turned out. This was my first time there, but I will be going back.

Visited from out of town. Choose here because we have a Vietnamese restaurant in our hometown that we love. First, we are a larger family, 2 adults and 4 kids, we were told next time we need to call ahead for large groups to make reservations. To which we responded asking how would we know that because we are from out of town and she pointed it says it on the menu but she said they would seat us this time. The seating was available and the restaurant was not overly busy, so it shouldn't have been an issue. Service was slow. When food finally did come out we weren't given any utensils and I had to stand at the counter waiting for several minutes for the kid working to ask what I needed. We were not given water with our meal and had to stop another worker to ask for that. The pho was okay, but the broth was lacking flavor. The sweet and sour was more like bbq sauce. Noodles and rice were very bland. Overall, we left unsatisfied with our meals and did not take any to-go.

The food was good but the service was horrible. We arrived and were immediately greeted by a rude older lady, the whole time we were polite and she continued being very unprofessional. We were all in disbelief at how utterly rude she was. If she hates her job that much she shouldn’t be there. There was one very sweet woman who delivered our food to the table, she completely changed the atmosphere with her welcoming attitude.

This place is disgusting! The service is worse than the food. Bugs on the floor, a bathroom that you would not let your pet use and let’s god back to the service. Holy smokes! The most angry folks that you feel that you have inconvenienced by walking in. There is no way they passed a health inspection the place is gross. DO NOT GO!
