The food was good. Got the papa burger onion rings and a banana shake. The shake had little flavoring. But the rings and the sandwich were very good. Husband had same burger and fries with a chocolate shake. Fries were tasty and shake could have been better.
This is a definitive local burger joint with a focus on budget eating and keep-it-simple menu option and atmosphere. No obnoxious music and no up selling you. The food is nothing special, basic bugers and baskets. But maybe that's what makes in special. It's consistent. It's cheap. It hits the burger spot. It beats fast food chains and your supporting a local business!
