Was a little hesitant to go in based on the outside appearance (inside isn't much better to be honest), but I'm glad I gave this place a shot! Very nice couple runs it and they really do have great cheese steaks! Apparently, they've been here for 20+ years. I was surprised at the different topping options and they have chicken versions, too. I kept it fairly straightforward for my first time in, but the sandwich was delicious, and I will definitely be back to try...
Food was soo good the meat was seasoned to perfection and cook so tender. Yes its 9$ for their small which is still an adult sized sandwich but you can look at it and see the ingredients and its better than paying 12$ for a chicken sandwich at almost any fast food restaurant and biting in to just see weird meat paste. Absolutely loved the folks inside theyre incredibly friendly and kind.
I absolutely love coming here when I have time to do so. Everytime I do me and the owners have a pleasant conversation while my meal is being lovingly crafted. Getting to know them bit by bit everytime I come in has been a wonderful treat on top of their amazing food.
I can't say enough about this place, give it a try, meet them for yourself, lovely people, great food, just be prepared to chat and hear about their amazing life.
