Horrible!! Dumped chicken in a bag instead of the container and didn’t even bother to fill the tacos with the meat, just threw it all in a box! All the crispy shells were broken. Rude staff looking at us and laughing, now I know why! Please boycott! This is disgusting to treat humans this way, especially my children who ordered their own food.
Went thru the drive-thru on 3rd. Took forever to get to window after 20 minutes waiting. Food a mess, ordered chicken tostados and got beef. One of them had only 1/3 shell covered and rest bare. I ordered 20 fish tacos to go last night at the Francis location, got home and not only were the tacos not warm at all, but they tasted and smelled strongly like commercial cleanser. Couldn’t even eat them and sadly had to throw them away because the cleanser taste and smell. I’ve never had any problems with Atilanos ever but I am extremely disappointed in my $60 purchase.

Atilano's Mexican Food - Sprague is a cozy Mexican restaurant with a menu posted on the wall featuring pictures. The staff is friendly and happy to serve, with well-prepared and tasty dishes available. The restaurant is known for its Taco Tuesday specials, including dollar tacos. Drive-thru customers can expect a convenient location with plenty of parking. The menu also features the popular Mar Ey Tiera Burrito, which is highly recommended. Customers appreciate the large portions and authentic flavors, such as the al pastor tacos made on a trompo with pineapple, and the chili de arbol hot sauce adds extra spice. The food is usually spot on, though some dishes like the refried beans in the burrito can be messy. The small, older place may look unassuming, but it is a hidden gem loved for its great food and friendly service. The restaurant is a favorite for Taco Tuesday, with many enjoying the flavorful tacos, tostados, and the delicious flan. Parking is plentiful, making it easy for customers to visit and enjoy a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine.
