Excellent location and staff. I have a peanut allergy, and I asked them to clean the spoon for me. Not only did they fully clean and sanitize the spoon, but they even opened a fresh container for me. They’ll have my support!
No one said hello and I was waiting by the “line starts here sign” for 1-2 minutes. Then a group of people just walked up to other side and were greeted and almost helped before me. I had to be like “Hello I’m waiting down here” just to get the worker to see me and I’m not even short. The ice cream was good at least.
On March 21, 2026, I brought my daughter’s birthday party crew of 8-and-9-year-olds to the Ben & Jerry’s location in River Park Square for ice cream. It was a little hectic with a bunch of young girls (and my 6-year-old son) trying to decide what ice cream flavors they wanted but the young man behind the counter was so kind, helpful, and accommodating.
