About Chinese Gardens

Chinese Gardens is a well-established restaurant known for its pleasant service and diverse menu. Standout dishes include the chow mein, fried prawns, and spicy options. Vegetarian alternatives are also available, with accommodating substitutions. Portions are generous, ensuring great value for meals like chicken chow mein, almond chicken, fried rice, BBQ pork, and egg flower soup. Customers praise the friendly staff, flavorful and hot food, and attentive service. Recent visits have included delicious appetizer platters, egg flower soup, and combo plates, all enjoyed thoroughly. The restaurant offers good food with friendly service, making it a place worth returning to despite some minor areas for improvement. The decor contributes to a pleasant dining experience, and the architecture on the outside has drawn in many customers, including families. While some dishes, like the almond chicken, may be overcooked, and the soup can have large chunks of cabbage, the overall experience is satisfactory, with the almond chicken being a standout dish.

Won Ton Soup was a little salty but tasted fantastic , this was my wife's favorite & my 2nd favorite. The Deep Fried Prawns were Great and Hot, it has been years since I got Hot Prawns from any restaurant, these were my favorite. Almond Chicken was made the correct way by breading a mallet flatten & tenderized piece of chicken then deep fried, then they add gravy on top (The way Louie's in Seattle / Ballard did).
