I was there about a month ago! We had incredible food, and a fantastic waitress. Can not remember her name, because she needs mad props! We did a tasting and she stay an hour and a half past her shift to give us a private tour of the distillery. We had a great time and lefts with lots of stuff. Bar Matt’s, a few bottles , T-shirts, tasting board, glasses, and stickers. Super cool place, will definitely visit again!

I agree with the "hidden gem" description. This is a sweet tasting room and restaurant within the Dry Fly distillery. The food is wonderful, we especially loved the smoked trout dip, which had a strong horseradish component. Surprisingly the cocktails were not that good, not terrible but if I were you I'd order a beer. We'll be back.

Dry Fly was a Mixed bag but ultimately a disappointment. The food was really done very well the wife and I enjoyed our drinks and food I'd give our actually dinner an A Grade. Service & Experience however was terrible, I'm not joking when I say I've had better experiences at Denny's. I blame management more than the staff itself. The employees were playing multiple roles and everyone is suffering because of it. I won't be going back to Dry Fly.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Great whiskeys. Great variety. This a must-visit place for those who enjoy straight whiskey and those who enjoy mixed drinks. You will be so happy you dropped in.

My fiancé and I came here and waited for 30 minutes. No menu, no water, even as the waiter was taking orders for larger tables and gave a group who came in after us menus and waters. The waiter acknowledged us with a head nod and said it would be another few minutes - another 15 minutes went by and we just got up and left lol. So sad because we really were excited to try the drinks! Maybe we’ll have to try again another time, but not super inclined to after the service.

A must visit place in Spokane! Me and a colleague were visiting Spokane on business. We stayed downtown and asked the hotel concierge for a local recommendation. They didn't mention Dry Fly. We went for walk and discovered Dry Fly. This is an awesome place. Spencer and Avont were the most hospitable host I have experienced.
