The food is amazing and looks gorgeous too! Highly recommended for catering in Spokane area. All the food had rave reviews, but being vegetarian myself, the vegetarian food was top notch. Some of the best I’ve ever had! Their staff knows what they’re doing and they are pros at it!
My daughter chose London's Ultimate Catering to manage the food, beverage distribution, set-up/tear down of chairs, tables and some decorating for her wedding. London was a treasure. She listened carefully to my daughter's ideas and offered great suggestions. The wedding went off without a hitch (Well, I guess my daughter DID get hitched). London's team was ever-present in the background, serving food, refreshing drinks, and quietly moving chairs and tables to reconfigure for different parts of the reception. The service was fantastic, really top notch, and the food was absolutely delicious. Her rates were very reasonable, and the peace-of-mind of knowing I could simply enjoy my daughter's big day was priceless. I would choose London again in a heartbeat, and will look for opportunities to recommend her to others.
