We ordered online and the barista on the side we were on was quite slow. The other side went through 5 cars to our 2 car side. Also, the app said our drinks would be ready by s certain time. By the time we got to the window it was passed that time and our drinks weren't even started. Not the best experience.

Love this location! They've never messed up my usual complicated order. They are always friendly. The music isn't super loud; you don't have to shout to be heard. All in all my favorite location! The baked goods are also very tasty. Pup cups come with a dog biscuit!

Ordered a large white chocolate mocha with caramel drizzle, whip and cinnamon. I received a warm chocolate milk with whip, no caramel drizzle, no cinnamon and i think they forgot the espresso ? I love this place, but they need to get more consistent again. Sorry for the not great recipe but it needed to be shared.
