I think someone needs to check on the Spokane store. This location gets worse each time I visit.
We spent the day at the lake yesterday. Afterwards, drove 30 extra minutes to get Ezells, spent $75, only to get awful customer service, pieces of chicken tenders that were inedible and Mac n’ Cheese that was moldy/rotten.

The chicken was under heat lamp for who knows how long it was rubbery and lacked flavor ( the oil that dripped out looked clean though)
Way way way over priced
not a kfc fan but if your going to eat fast fried chicken go there it’s better and less expensive
Over 25 minute wait to get a simple 2 piece lunch special. Worst service ever.
