food is decent, however prices have increased on everything since COVID, don't bother placing an order for pick up cause it won't be ready by the time you get there. it's always just finishing up your order when in reality it never got started, you will wait at the counter for 20-30 minutes after you arrive for the food order you placed 45 minutes ago. will not be going back
AWFUL--NEVER AGAIN. Placed a phone order on Christmas Day and a woman told me the wait would be 2 hours. We arrived to pick up our food and found 30 to 40 people waiting for orders. The entire bar was full of people waiting--all the way through the lobby area 4 and 5 deep...it was elbow to elbow. Some had been there FOUR hours or more. NO system to keep track of orders and as I sat waiting for TWO more hours I watched the owner continue to take phone, online and in person orders....read full review
Don’t order off of a website for they say it’s not their website. Had to dispute my charges at the location after I had paid online. Called ahead for an order another time and had to wait for them to make it not timely and workers seemingly don’t care The way the waitress spoke. She apparently deals with this all the time. BEWARE!
