After reading so many great reviews, we stopped at Hatch Beaker + Burr, and it did not disappoint! This has to be one of the best lattes we’ve ever had…😊. The attention to timing and temperature is evident in the taste. Quick overnight stay in Spokane gave us a memorable coffee experience!
Hatch beaker + burr is a very pretty cafe inside Saranac Commons. i was shocked when I discovered this place because it's so hidden, like I can just walk past it without realizing. So, I arrived at 7:30am, not a busy time, got a Matcha blossom - their seasonal drink. They accommodated my request to lowered the sugar level, so the floral notes was very easy to notice. Love that. And warm matcha tastes really comforting. I really do think they should put it to their permanent...
Not a great place to have a chill conversation or read a good book. I only got tea, so I can’t say anything about the coffee but the tea was nice. Awesome staff. I just like a little more cush on the tush while I drink my tea and spill the tea (my cousin’s wife’s ex-wife rammed her 2009 PT Cruiser into Aunt Glenn’s bird bath. All over banana bread! Oi vey)
