I have enjoyed both brunch and dinner at IPK but this is a brunch review. Brunch was fantastic with great cocktails and mocktails. The options vary from sweets to savory fare and heavier meals like biscuits and gravy. Everything was delicious and service is fantastic. We were able to walk in at opening at 9 am without a wait if you’re concerned about reservations.
I came here for the first time recently and am so disappointed with myself for not trying it sooner! Holy moly! They're currently just offering brunch but boy do they make it so that you're stuffed for the whole day. Everything on their menu looked delicious so naturally we had to try as much as we could. The best brunch in Spokane, by far. The food is always amazing, seasonal and never boring. Sad dinner is gone but I’m happy to continue going to brunch. It’s a tiny meat heavy but as a non meat eater I can always find something.
