“First time actually dining in with the family vs drive thru. Place was clean, quiet, and the food was great. My daughter and I had the tenders and the wife the traditional bone-in chicken. No complaints other than a bit pricey for a family of 3.“
“Tonight my Family and I ordered the Family Fill Up with the 8 piece tenders. Part of our order was missing and we live about 50 minutes away. I called and talked to Jed, he offered to give us a whole new order in the morning. My family and I appreciate it, but will decline. Please pay it forward to someone else. We are grateful Customer Service is alive and well. I encourage whoever the Manager is at this location to give Jed a pay raise, promotion or whatever attaboy you can. Thank you Jed“
“I visited Monday evening it was not very busy the staff and customer service was spot on. Having a variety of A&W and KFC is awesome something for everyone the drive thru is a bit narrow and I can only imagine a bit challenging in the winter over all great experience. In reading some of the other comments it may be worth another try everywhere is working so short staffed especially in this industry patience and kindness go along way“
“We tried ordering through the website but there was a mess up with the system (from other reviews it looks like this is a common occurance )): ) so my order never went through. The workers were really helpful, though, and gave me a soda while I waited on the phone with customer service and quickly got on my order when I finally decided to try to refund the online and order in person. Definitely order on the phone or in person, but the team working is super helpful and friendly :)“
