I love Panda Express and I usually go to the one in Spokane on Welsley by shadle, and I'll say this one is by far cleaner, better customer service, and great portions of food. Last time I got the honey walnut shrimp from the shadle location I was shocked. It was dry had a different sauce on it instead of the honey walnut glaze. Ya'll it's Friday early evening,and nothing is ever ready. It's a five minute wait for noodles, you want teriyaki chicken oh sorry that's going go be 7 minute. They did offer me a free water so there's that. The old manger at this location was so more invested in her work than the person you have now.
I just wanted to write a review for the absolutely fantastic crew I encountered tonight. I made an order through the Panda app and a slight mishap happened between orders which required me to wait a tad longer but the absolutely kindness, A++++ customer service and constantly asking if I'd like to take something on the house for the wait which wasn't nessecesary at all but it was much appreciated.
