Its always hit or miss here. Either they are on it or they have you pull around and wait 20 minutes and sometimes your order is right lol nice people but could use more help and organization
Quick and easy drive thru
I went late night, MASON was phenomenal!! Service was extraordinary. I’ve never met anyone in the food industry that can compare to Mason. He needs recognition for his wonderful customer service. Mason, Thank you

Jack in the Box offers a range of tasty food options, including excellent chicken nuggets and curly fries, which can be accompanied by an avocado dip. Customers appreciate their consistent quality and friendly service, whether ordering online or at the drive-thru. A lovely lady working the drive-thru recently helped a customer by changing their drink order last minute, showcasing the staff's willingness to accommodate modifications. However, there have been occasional reports of less-than-ideal interactions with employees, including a recent experience where a customer felt spoken down to by a worker. Despite this, many customers enjoy their meals, like the new garlic parmesan wings, and appreciate that everything in their orders is hot and fresh. Overall, Jack in the Box aims to provide a positive dining experience.
