This was the best dine-in experience me and my family has ever had. Right after we walked in the door The manager Jeff greeted us and showed my kids one of the lobsters in the tank and showed them how to put it to sleep by rubbing the top of its head. He knew a lot about lobsters and explained their anatomy to my children which was super cool for them and he let me hold it before he put it back in the tank. We had such a great experience at Red Lobster! Juan, Katrina, and Jeff were absolutely amazing. They were on top of everything, provided fantastic service, and kept the atmosphere fun with great banter. Our drinks never even had a chance to get empty! 😂

Love our time at Red Lobster from the moment we walked in the door. My neice and I were checking out the lobsters in the tank and Jeff was so kind and gave us an educational moment all about Lobsters!! My neice loved it and we both learned a lot. What a fun experience! We were celebrating my Dad’s birthday and his favorite place is Red Lobster. Thank you for a wonderful experience today. You guys are “clawsome”
