I was skeptical when I saw that the old location was no longer operating and was concerned but knowing that the new owner has taken such pride in reinventing soulful soups has been a breath of fresh air. Although the location can be a little tricky to get to considering downtown I would say it is very much worth coming here because of the friendly staff, the wonderful food and the beautiful decor inside. The tomato basil soup was wonderful. Love how they have a good selection of vegan and vegetarian menu items. I appreciated that my to go order was packaged nicely so it made it home without any issues. The soup and bread were still warm and ready to eat.
I work close by and eat here often for lunch. The place is clean and classy inside, the staff are great, and the soup is unbelievably delicious. I have tried many and they are all so yummy. I often get extra to take home to eat later. I love supporting a local business and feel so fortunate to have Soulful Soups in Spokane. Please visit them, you will be glad you did!
