Great cupcake place but the price is pricey! The cookie was ok... wouldn't recommend for it's price-- hard and dry. Friendly staff.

I called Sweet Frosting to order a cake and cupcakes for my wedding. We were very happy with the food and service. There was some confusion at first as I live far and could not do the tasting, but it was quickly and professionally cleared up. I was in constant email communication with Piper and she helped us pick out what style we want with pictures, which was very helpful. It was straightforward even when changing our order. The did have Gluten Free options which my guest loved. They delivered to the venue on time and there were no issues. I would recommend Sweet Frosting Blissful Bakeshop.

They absolutely rocked the cupcakes and cookies for our graduation event 2 weeks ago! Everyone was talking about how great it all looked and tasted. More importantly every single person I dealt with was fantastic, from email, phone calls, even in store, it was one amazing helpful and informative experience!

Best cupcake I ever did have

The environment and customer service were amazing, I’d maybe even bring my kids in for a cookie or something, just for that.
The cakes and buttercream on the other hand were terrible. We shared a “German chocolate” cupcake. The cake part was tolerable, but the filling and frosting were completely void of chocolate flavor OR any hint of salt, which is necessary for a full flavored sweet. The texture of the coconut is the only reason one would identify coconut. The cupcake as a whole didn’t even have a scent, which is very odd. The nuts were unidentifiable, so much so that I had to ask, as I’m allergic to walnuts.
The buttercream was NOT just butter, as I was told over the phone when I ordered. To be honest, a Safeway cupcake, as commercial as they are, have more flavor than the two I purchased. I will be flavoring the buttercream I purchased, soaking the cupcakes in a lightly salted Carmel simple syrup and a yuzu simple syrup, and then doctoring the buttercreams so they have some semblance of flavor.

Again- the service in front of house was amazing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The bakery needs to take a note on flavor profile building. ⭐️

I got a custom cake for my partners birthday with custom frosting and some cute animals on top. The ear of the rabbit fell off so they gave me a discount which I greatly appreciated. The cake was the tastiest cake I've ever had, the frosting was sublime. If you're getting a cake from here I highly recommend them

I’ve been getting custom cakes made here for about 13 years now, and they never disappoint! Every cake, somehow, always turns out to be better then the previous year! Which is so hard to believe because they are all always perfect! Our last one was for our baby shower, and everyone loved it! Definitely a repeat customer!!

These are some of the sweetest ladies and the best tasting goods I’ve ever encountered! The ladies were so sweet and accommodating in telling me directions in the city and were so kind and generous. The London fog and chocolate croissant I had were both decadent and rich without being overpowering or overly sweet! 10/10 I’ll be recommending them forever! They’ve made a lifetime customer out of me!

We use to live in Spokane and would get cupcakes for various celebrations from this location, always good. Came back for a birthday and, after spending $70+ on cupcakes we will never be back. Cupcakes were dry and some had a waxy taste. Would have gone back in with the eight we didn’t even try however store wasn’t open the morning we left. Extremely disappointed after being away a few years that we couldn’t count on an old favorite.
