The food is delicious. There is a separate vegan menu available too. The roja salsa and queso are good. The quesadilla is cheesy and I added mushrooms. The limeade is made fresh there and hit the spot.

Best thing in Eastern Washington.
Unassuming building, but inside is layered with fun artistry. Food is consistently stellar. Vegetarian and vegan friendly. I’m obsessed with the Vego Bowl — and i’m not even vegan. Soooo good.
Plenty of meat and cheese options for the omnivores.
Check out the murals in the restrooms, especially if you were a fan of animation in the 00’s and twenty-teens.
