I'm pretty sure it's the owner working in the mornings and he is incredibly rude, inefficient, lacks time management and leaves a lot to be desired in terms of service. I can't even say customer service because there is zero. no greeting just instant complaints and deflections about why your order is going to take twenty minutes. it's also filthy. I can't believe this place is in business.
This place (Spokane) hasn’t been cleaned in over a year. Very unsanitary. Where is the food inspector when you need him 🤢
The bagel was wet, the the establishment was incredibly unsanitary. I requested a refund and left the bagel there. I have never done so at an establishment in my life. I would absolutely never eat anything from here, yes, it was THAT bad as far as cleanliness is concerned.
