I normally drop by to just buy their bread (which is damn good), but I stopped by to check out falafel night with my wife and we were not disappointed. Incredibly fresh and delicious. We will back for future falafel nights!Love the vibe this place has going on too - it is quickly becoming one of my favorite places in Spokane.

I am a sandwich man, so trust me when I say that the Grinder from The Grain Shed is amazing. The bread is perfectly cooked, the flavors mesh incredibly well and it is a large portion. The staff is great as well.

Delicious food! I love stopping by here for lunch (the bread flights have changed my life). The people who work there are always friendly and kind. Funky and cool atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.

A hidden gem in Spokane! Artesian bakery with delicious sandwiches and craft beer! Oh, and the cookies are to die for! It might be small in size, but this place packs a big punch!

Can you bear another five star review? I've stopped by almost every Sunday morning for the last few years. Cup of coffee and a delicious pastry. I usually say, "Surprise me!" to Jason behind the counter. So far the apple "pie" is my favorite. But they're all great! The pastries and the people. See you Sunday morning!

The green shed has awesome bread. I just wish that I could go in someday and pick out some bread that I like but every time I go in, they don't have anything I don't get there until the afternoon and I'm not quite sure how to order yet. I really wish I could go in and get a few of their loaves of bread because the bread is great. The sandwiches are also great. It's a great place to go. It has a little bar attached and it looks wonderful, but I really want the bread.

The beers are good. The breads are good if a little unusual. But the sandwiches!! The grinder is the best sandwich I've ever had. If there was a beat sandwich in America contest this would easily be in the running. Get a grinder and a beer. You won't regret it.

Best Bread in Town, Hands Down. If you disagree, I guess you just like being wrong. They are artists when it comes to bread, beer and anything that comes out of that oven. Since they grind their own local grains from their own fields, the freshness of everything is unmatched in the region, maybe anywhere. The staff is awesome, and knowledgeable. Stop in for a beer or have a sandwich or pastry, you'll be glad you did, it'll be the highlight of your day, maybe even your whole week. The Grain Shed is deserving of all the accolades that Spokane has to offer upon eateries.

Delicious! The ham and cheese croissant was the best I have had since my trip to France! I purchased the white bread lunch box loaf- light airy and super soft with a nice crust. I also purchased the Turkey Red- super crusty and soft airy inside. The flavor was light and delicious. This is a gem of a bakery. A hidden jewel the Perry district must be proud to have in their neighborhood! Hand sliced and the customer service is top notch. Be sure to check out their website and plan for the days they make specialty breads.

I had an opportunity to try a croissant packed with maple flavor inside. I wish I had taken a picture first, a beautiful piece of hand made art. Hubby and I split one. This is a must try. Thank you Toby!
