I can't recommend the Northside Twigs location highly enough. We recently had a rehearsal dinner for 30 people and the atmosphere, food, drinks and staff were amazing! From the beginning stages of planning to the last delicious bite of dessert, Connor and his staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent experience. I can't thank them enough for providing such a memorable event for our family.
I wanted to give a shout out to Jessica who took care of a private event I attended this week. We were at the South Hill location, upstairs in their banquet room for a check reveal thank you party for the The Great PumpkinFest partners. Jessica took great care of us and we weren’t a small group for sure. We were all moving targets, mingling, talking, standing, sitting, and yet she still remembered who ordered what. Poor service, we were seated quickly but no one showed up again at our table for 30 minutes while other 3 tables a shorter walk from server station got water. We left.
