Wendy’s!

What’s up with your breakfast sandwiches? I’ve gone through your drive through on 3 different days in the last two weeks. I order your bacon, egg and cheese “crossiant”. First off, that bread is most certainly NOT A CROSSIANT. Don’t call it that. And every breakfast in the last two weeks has come out cold. Tonight I had one of the worst drive thru experience - ordering was okay & payment was okay. The pick up window, 100% no. The older gentleman in a black, cloth mask slammed the frosties on the counter. He gathers the rest of the order & hands me a frosty. I asked for a drink tray saying please. He snatched the frosty from my hand, grabs a tray & shoves them into it with clear attitude. I say have a great night & he responded, "kay", slammed the window shut.
