“My kids favorite burger place. My favorite burger and breakfast place. Always good never disappointed. Ate inside and is always clean. Customer service today was absolutely top notch. Ashley and Cody made the experience just that lil touch of diamond experience. They were training new employees and it seemed like an amazing experience full of fun while working. This Wendys is Gold. If ever I had to work back in food service truely I would go to Wendys first, Arbys on Division 2nd and Mc Donalds on Monroe as all 3 places are clean, best service, the employees always seem happy (even when super busy), and food is always fresh. Love this Wendys. Now to collect those kids toys for another kido as we love our collection.
By the way the breakfast sandwichs, burritos, home fries, and burgers are the best in fast food period!“
“This store is very easy to find since it’s clearly visible from the main road, which makes stopping by really convenient 🚗. Another big plus is the parking — there’s plenty of space available, so you don’t have to worry about struggling to find a spot. There are also designated handicapped parking spaces located very close to the entrance, which is extremely helpful and thoughtful.
The entrance itself is also accessible and designed to be friendly for people with mobility needs, making it easier for everyone to enter comfortably 👍. It’s great to see a place that considers accessibility and convenience for all customers. Overall, the location and layout make visiting this store simple, comfortable, and stress-free! 😊✨“
“Ah, Wendy's, my beloved Wendy's! It's more than just a fast-food joint; it's a sanctuary, a place where culinary dreams come true. From the moment I step through those hallowed doors, I'm greeted by a symphony of sizzling patties and the warm, inviting aroma of seasoned fries. But it's not just the food that keeps me coming back; it's the people, the unsung heroes who make every visit an unforgettable experience.
I must take a moment to express my undying gratitude for the incredible team at my local Wendy's. Theres, Nick, Ethan, Merissa, and all of the other wonderful people.
You're not just a fast-food restaurant; you're a family, and I'm honored to be a part of it.“
“Absolutely the best Wendy's in Spokane! Great service, super fast, and good attitude. I ordered a bacon double stack plain and got no bacon ( I probably should have explained it). I went back to the counter to ask for some bacon and I was offered a remake of my order. I refused (I didn't want to inconvenience the hard working folks back there) and asked if I could just get some bacon. My man delivered a full Tupperware of bacon. Anyway, not very pricey to feed 2 adults and 3 kids. Plus, we were gifted a free frosty out of nowhere. If I'm going fast food, it's gonna be at this Wendy's.“
“I decided after my experience today that I was going to complain about this location. The only reason I left my house today was to pick up my Wendy’s order that I had ordered on the app for the division location. I specifically made sure it was the division location and clicked on the address through the Wendy’s app to map myself to the location. Once I arrive there, it looked like my order was on the screen because normally my order shows up as a.S. so I decided to wait until that order was ready, but apparently it wasn’t mine. So the lady who wears the red shirt with the stink eye, just looked at me in the worst possible way ever. So I decided to go over to the cashier to try to figure out where my order was since the red shirt with the stink eye lady was being a B word. She wouldn’t even communicate to me. She just stared at me. All she did was go and Tell the other lady (a young crew member) that I didn’t have an order. I clearly had an order. I have the cash app receipt of the money spent through two Wendy’s. I have the receipt through the Wendy’s app saying that I placed the order at their location with a timestamp and I have the order number. The lady in the red shirt with the stink eye wouldn’t have any of it and wouldn’t even talk to me. So they decided to put my order through the system and give me my food anyways. This is what should’ve happened no matter what because I had the order. And I have digital proof saying that I have the order. I also frequently go to that Wendy’s. I will no longer be ordering Wendy’s in Washington due to this situation. And I hope that lady realizes that someone might be dressed a certain way because they’re sick or something else is happening to them. So stop being so judging and just make people’s food like you’re supposed to or get another job. Do better Wendy’s.“
