Great burger, great fries, great service! Just one suggestion, though. If a patron grabs the door handle in the wrong position, the door sticks and won't open. We were sitting near the window and needed to stop a party of 4 from walking away. They thought it was closed. Maybe put a sign with the hours on the door along with a sign that says " Pull Hard". I saw what the party of 4 ordered and if we hadn't prevented them from leaving, Mammoth Burger would have lost about $100.00...read full review
I was ready to give a 1-star review because of the ridiculous wait time (20 minutes to be seated and another 50 minutes to get two burgers and fish n chips) but your friendly staff made up for it by apologizing multiple times for the wait, and comping our appetizer and giving us an additional 25% off the total bill. And when we finally did get our food it was perfectly cooked and very tasty. Customer service goes a long way. Thank you.
