Food was great. You had to stop a waitress to ask for water. I've always just expected that water is served at the time you're seated. Walls in 2nd half of restaurant were plain.
While admittedly in an oddly decorated space, the staff is very friendly and the food was outstanding! We first got the bacon wrapped scallops with mango salsa which was phenomenal. For entrees we got beef stroganoff and chicken piccata, both served with a generous portion of pasta. The stroganoff was satisfying and the piccata was zingy!
This was my first time at Patinis . I had the 16 ounce ribeye steak. My steak had a lot of fat and gristle . That is not a good cut of meat. Fat and gristle is not edible to me . The sides were good. The service is excellent. This was not a inexpensive dinner out . It did not represent a value to me .
