I don't remember the name of my meal. It was chicken, vegetables in a wine sauce. It was fabulous. My wife had beef broccoli and she loved it. We will definitely be back.

Haven't had such horrible Chinese food on a long time. We were only dine in couple for lunch. Service was extremely slow & server had no personality at all. Ordered almond chicken lunch special. Asked that sauce for the chicken and the sweet & sour chicken be on the side, not on the food. Gravy was in a separate bowl but sweet & sour sauce was not. Sauce was all over everything. Appetizer was drenched in sauce. Almond chicken was over cooked & dry & crusty. Gravy was salty & tasted horrible. Fried rice had no flavor at all. Server didn't check on how things were going & we had to chase her down in to the kitchen for our check to leave. This was the worst Chinese food we have had in a long time and advise you stay away, go elsewhere for lunch. This was the 2nd time there & it was almost as bad as our 1st visit. Horrible!!!

Completely disappointed in the food and the service. Nothing was as portrayed on the menu or walls. Dead atmosphere at 5:30pm.

We had the BEST dinner last night. The Salt and Pepper chicken was my favorite. We also loved the orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and hot and sour soup. The service is fast and friendly, and overall atmosphere pleasant and welcoming. Thank you ❄

Stumbled upon this while trying to find a place to eat before seeing the lights of Christmas. Small cozy restaurant. Sweet and sour chicken was very tasty. Everything else we ordered was great as well. Would come back again if ever in the area.

Best Chinese food I've found in this small community. Customer service is excellent, food is always delicious, and prices are great compared to most other dine-in or take-out Chinese restaurants. Thank you for being a great part of this town.
Kid-friendliness: Our kids have always loved the food here.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access off the sidewalk.

Food was terrible!! Not once were we checked on by the waitress. The only thing I ate that was good was the fortune cookie!

Delightful Chinese food in Stanwood.. The food is delicious. The portions were outstanding for the price. The only disappointment is not knowing about it sooner.

Best Chinese food in Stanwood! I used to be loyal to Dragon Palace (also good!) until I tried Phoenix a few years ago. The best shrimp fried rice, and vegetable rolls (my usual order) Owner is super friendly. Really BIG portions. Zero complaints.

Phoenix Pavilion stole $80. I ordered online, everything online said they were open. When I called to make a change to the order, I was told that they were actually closed. They still charged my card. When I contested the charge the lied and told my bank that I had picked up my order despite them being closed that day.Do not eat here. I recommend the Dragon Palace by the theater for Chinese food. Or even Pat's Thai Shabu or Jasmin Thai instead.
