We hired Pure Smoke to cater a reception in Tulalip. They were very friendly and professional. The food was amazing! Probably the best BBQ I have ever had. I highly recommend this company!
Great food. We especially appreciated having the option of smoke turkey which is quite flavorful and tender , not dry at all, something not easy to do with turkey meat. The coleslaw and sweet potatoes salad are also great. Would definitely come get the food again when in the area.
Tried the Pure Smoke food truck at Arlington Skyfest. I got the pulled pork with Mac & cheese. Both foods were delicious and I was very pleased! I will definitely eat here again ?
