I was a regular at Shima for a few years (still am to this day) but was also an employee for about 3 years + and I can confidently tell you this is a one in a million business. The owners are there every single day, making incredibly delicious kitchen food and sushi, and know nearly every customer by name and know exactly what they order. What a delightful experience we've had every time we've been here. The food is exceptionally good. The service is always friendly. And I've never had to wait for a table. Make sure to get the sashimi. The cuts are HUGE and well worth the $.
