This Starbucks is a joke. You dupe people into thinking this is a real Starbucks but they don't honor any of Starbucks rewards, deals and you can't even get stars. Put up a sign that says Jeff's Starbucks. Maybe then people will know to question the authenticity of the place and create a different logo. Never again will I co there. Forget convenience, I'll drive down the street Dunkin Donuts. Brittany (barista) was the only good thing about this place.
HORRIBLE. I have been a loyal customer for 4 months coming twice a day. I buy a $4 drink in the morning and then get a refil iced coffee for $. 55 in the afternoon. Today, my girlfriend came in ordered our usual afternoon refill WITHOUT a cup but I got denied!!! Why? Well, she bought a $2 iced coffee this morning. That's it. She didn't bring a cup, she didn't buy a drink twice as expensive... I did so I get to pay almost the same again on my afternoon run???! Favoritism??!...read full review
