Berry Dock Ice Cream Shop

Everytime we go to Steilacoom we stop by here for icecream. My favorite is an Affogato sundae. So yummy! And the workers are all so friendly and helpful.

The ice cream is delicious, but the lady with taper fade haircut & strange eye make up needs training on customer service.

I asked what small, medium sizes were, when I didn’t understand and asked her to repeat, she just stared at me. The nice co-worker behind her overhead & explained the sizes.

Go get your icecream but be prepared for attitude & ignorance if you find the short lady with nose ring.

Best ice cream in town and the sandwiches and espresso are really good too. Prices are very fair and we're always greeted with a smile :) What more could you want?! A don't miss when in Steilacoom!

The ice cream is absolutely amazing! This was our second time visiting. We loved it the first time and wanted to bring family from out of town to enjoy it as much as we did. I was appalled how were were treated by one person working there. We waited about 15 mins to take our order then waited about 15 mins to get our ice cream which was fine they were busy. The girl who took our order said where will you be waiting we said out back where your gift shop is she said okay. Then this other girl comes out and says order for Riley I was like that's us. The girl was like next time tell us where you're going to be waiting. I said we did tell the girl who took our order. She was like I don't have time for this I am slammed and was like here take the ice cream. And pushed the ice cream stand at me like here I don't have time for this just take it . I realized your busy but I wasn't rude when we had to wait to order and then wait again to get out stuff. I will say this we don't live around the corner to come here but I will say we won't return to be treated like that. So you just lost new business from a family of 4 all because one person doesn't have customer service. Also, I gave them a $10 tip in the tip jar to be treated like that.

Our sister recently moved to Steilacoom and this is a perfect shop for just the atmosphere and the people. They have adorable privately-owned shops selling their art and crochet. I will definitely be coming back whenever I drive/fly up to see my sister.

This was my first time visiting and the young ladies were so helpful,friendly and patient. I really appreciated that. The pistachio cherry chocolate chip ice cream caught my eye when I heard the name I was in disbelief that it was the one in the picture I was looking at but she reassured me after getting a sample it was delicious. Never knew pistachios would be good in ice cream. They have different toppings options. Unfortunately The lemonade was nasty it looked so pretty I was so excited to try it but I wish I would have gotten a sample before getting it because it had no flavor I was really disappointed. But overall on a hot day passing by I would visit again.

We ordered 3 drinks and an ice cream cone, at a mildly busy time and took 30 minutes to receive our order

I had the pleasure of patronizing this local small business. The staff was friendly, the outdoor dining area was clean, my Orange Dreamcicle Float was delicious, and a good value for the price. If your in the local area, I'd definitely recommend Berry Dock Ice Cream Shop.

Cute little ice cream shop that also serves coffee and sandwiches. We tried a scoop of pistachio cherry chocolate chip
ice cream and it was really good. The service was excellent and we will come back and try some of the food.

Had a yummy turkey & harvati sandwich on a bagel. Prices are very reasonable & staff are super friendly! Definitely recommend.
