“Went with my family of 13 about an hour before closing time and the staff treated us so well! They were so sweet and kind and took care of us. The food was DELICIOUS!! Ate the half stack (4 instead of 6) of sourdough pancakes and finished within minutes. There were vegetarian options as well such as avocado toast and veggie breakfast bowl which were both delicious. Cozy seating and plenty of parking outside. Family friendly.“

“My wife and I stopped in for an early Wednesday dinner at Village Inn, a local favorite we’ve been visiting for years—and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and our server was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and genuinely accommodating.

My wife ordered the patty melt with a side of fresh mixed fruit (other options included fries or coleslaw). Her sandwich was cooked perfectly—crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I went with the double club on rye, and it was a beast of a sandwich! Thick-sliced carved turkey, generous strips of thick bacon, ham, cheese, lettuce, and tomato stacked high—hearty and satisfying. I swapped out the usual fries for hash browns and added a side of their house-made cornbread stuffing. Wow! Everything was served hot, fresh, and fast.

The portions were huge and the value exceptional. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich (which is saying something). The service, food, and overall experience continue to make this one of our go-to spots in Federal Way. Highly recommend!“

“I have been here a few times, service is excellent and even if they are busy they always find time to be respectful to you. Food is good, nothing really special, they have a nice selection of omelettes and there home fried potatoes are excellent. If I am in the area and hungry I will come here but I won't make a special trip.“

“What can I say about this place.... Other than the food tasted absolutely marvelous, everything was made just the way we requested, and the food portions oh goodness! It was so hard trying to finish everything in decent time, the restaurant was so clean you could probably eat off the floor if you so chose, the service was amazing! Our server Javier was on top of it, granted the restaurant was not incredibly busy, he still managed to make his rounds, clean his tables, get food out in good time, as well as frequently check if we needed anything. When we got there we had immediate service as well. If my wife and I could recommend anybody for a major pay bump or promotion Javier would be that person. This place is also very family friendly and just a nice calm atmosphere altogether. Definitely would recommend eating here, we may even come more often.“

“Our first time here, customer service Amber so nice and very helpful loved her energy and always smiling, very welcoming. Food was on point and very fast service and we didnt even wait that long for our food especially if you have kids (toddlers) and you don't want them throwing tantrums while waiting for the food.
