I got the food for takeout, but the rice and chicken mix was off. There was to much rice and not enough chicken amd I felt that I had to actually work through the rice to get to the chicken, which is not how good food should be. Overall, the chicken tastes great but a little excessive on the rice.
We were helped by Jacob today and he is the absolute best! A small piece of paper fell into the orange chicken and he followed all proper health codes and made sure everyone got the proper NEW orange chicken and discarded the papered orange chicken. He seemed to be running the show and helping out despite this not being his home store 🫶.
The food was fresh and exactly what you expect from Panda Express, but the employees really made the difference. Even during a rush, they were friendly, patient, and moved the line quickly while still making sure orders were right. They had great attitudes and made the whole experience smooth and easy. You can tell this location is well run and the staff actually cares about customer service.
