Food wasn't that good. Chicken fried steak didn't taste like they made it in-house, probably a premade patty fried then covered with so much gravy they didn't think you'd notice, the hash browns tasted like they used old potatoes, I asked for extra crispy, they weren't, the gravy was not that good, not a white gravy with breakfast sausage, they cut up link sausage and it was probably made yesterday, eggs over hard were...eggs over hard.

Good food, reasonable prices, and staff were very friendly. Half my group had breakfast and the other half had lunch, and everyone was happy with their meals. Will definitely go back.

Alfred’s is one of my favorite places for brunch. Their Bloody Mary’s are stellar! The food is so good and the portions are generous, I always leave with a box. The service is hit or miss depending on time of day. The inside has a cool vibe and the building may be historical but not sure about that. The area is a little sketchy but never had any issues.
