My sister came to visit from Pennsylvania, and we went to the Applebee's on 72nd St. I have went to this restaurant so many times with family, friends, grandchildren and I have always been satisfied. However, this time it was a nightmare. Drinks that they offer on the menu and i asked for three different things, they didn't have. The food finally came and it was horrible. I first ordered a club sandwich and it was like someone just slopped it together and threw it on a plate....read full review
