So the staff was super nice and my food was good.. but here the thing, they tried to charge me a dollar for ranch for my fries and when I asked for extra flame-thrower sauce for my burger they told me it was against there policy because I asked at the window they can only put it on my burger. Mind you I ordered a flame-thrower burger they never put enough on there.
I went thru the drive thru and ordered a chocolate shake that was as white as the whip cream I thought maybe they are using a different brand of chocolate flavor, but no it just didn't have much if any chocolate tasted more vanilla than chocolate. Unfortunately by time I had already driven thru. Well no being pleased I thought I would go in and see if they could and some chocolate. The food was pretty good. I got the onion rings which are always very good and I got the new chicken garlic parmesan chicken strips and they were great.My only problem was the atmosphere and the employee. The employee was very short tempered. If we spoke to her she just shut the window. It seems like a hostile environment because of the signage on the window about the demand of Respect for the employees when they don't even open the window with a bit of respect for the customer.Will...read full review
