After announcing the name of our customer for pick up, they told us it would be 4 min. 3 min later I come back and stand there at the tail of the display case and they were just chating the whole time. With my customers name on a recite left on the counter. The whole time the order was ready and getting cold at the head of the counter and they didn't even tell. I know they saw me

I'm done, I will never buy from them again, company policy overrides logic. Why are the asking for tips......I mean the employees are asking not thr till not credit card company the employees....and further more why is it ok with company to take an order then demand tips......yup done

Told me that the pretzels would be ready in less than 8 minutes and took 25 minutes standing waiting.. for burnt pretzels, took a few out to realize they were all burnt. Had to pull them apart because I do NOT like the taste of burnt bread/dough. Not professional and unsatisfied not worth the wait.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went 7/20/2024 around 4:30pm, and ordered mini hotdog pretzels and pizza nuggets. My toddler loves the mini hotdogs, but was crying when we gave it to her, I thought maybe she was tired. I tried it 30 minutes later when we got home and it tastes like straight chemicals!!!! It tastes like it was COOKED IN ACETONE. Whatever nail polish remover smells like, it tastes like that!! My niece said there were only 3 nuggets with pepperoni pieces. The cashier was nice and efficient but saw she didnât put the receipt in the bag. DISGUSTING LOCATION.

TERRIBLE. Fawne and Dani need to get a grip. I come up to order and Fawne is immediately rude but was giggly with the customers after me. She came up saying AND I QUOTE âwhat do you wantâ.. 10 minutes later i find a blonde hair cooked into my bread and go back and ask for a refund with the proof, I am a brunette so there is no way it was mine plus it was cooked INTO the bread. Dani comes to do my refund and is rude too asking if i got my receipt because i canât get a refund without it. After i finished ordering my food i waited for my receipt but fawne walked away ignoring me when i asked for my receipt! And management if you read this please check this cameras around 7:30 of today. I said i waited for my receipt and didnât get it, Dani was âdoingâ my refund and i asked if she needed my card to do it because typically thatâs how refunds work, she was the rudest poor customer service ever along with fawne. She told me âNOâ shaking her head with the most attitude ever and whispering under her breath to her coworker beside her. I âdoâ my refund and i get the wait time on the refund but the refund âgivenâ to me wasnât even MY CARD! the refund receipt always shows the last four digits of the card and it was not my card on the refund paper. I specifically asked if she needed my card and she was all rude about it not to mention they did not apologize for the hair in my food instead gave me more attitude than the initial interaction. Idk if she refunded the money to herself. I ordered two things and she says âwell iâm only going to refund you 7.49â I was not in the mood to argue but it was not right to say that to me and treat me as if i was the inconvenience. I feel disgusted because i did find a hair in my mouth which is why i took a look at the food. We threw the other order away because we lost our appetite! I tried to call for a manager but to no avail (not their fault) I did call the store after the interaction and spoke to a man named True and he IMMEDIATELY apologized once i explained to him the situation and let me know he would let management know. He tried doing the refund from his end but he had already closed the tills out. I respect that he was very kind and willing to do it even after closing. He is the only person that i got an apology from and he was not even involved nor was it his hair in the food! True deserves a raise or some type of commend for his kindness, understanding, patience and customer service. As for the other two Fawne and Dani, they need to be trained on EVERYTHING. Iâm not a type of person to suggest someone gets fired but please keep them both in the back if theyâre going to be treating people like that! and tag teaming me too. I was not an inconvenience, the hair in my food was the inconvenience and the unnecessary rudeness and whispering in front of me was not needed. Not a good experience whatsoever. True said to come back tomorrow and a manager would help me out, not even sure if i can make it given that i live a bit far and have work in the morning. I canât believe the way i was treated especially compared to other customers. I hadnât done anything at all but show them what i found. I went there today to buy a few pretzels, and they ran out of what I wanted. So I went ahead and bought 1 jalapeño pretzel, 1 cup pepperoni nuggets, 1 frozen med size lemonade, and 2 dips. Well, I did not get my free pretzels sales associate, did mention it, but she didn't ask what I would like. I thought she just put whatever pretzel in the bag, but nothing. So I am going to visit the store tomorrow and hopefully I will not only get my free pretzel but also the ones I went there for to begin with. Update: 5/6/24 I did get my free pretzel plus 1 extra. Thank you to the kind sales associate. Thank you Auntie Annie, I will be coming back.

I haven't been here too many times, but have been going to this Auntie Anne's for a long time. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. Their frozen lemonades are refreshing especially when there's warm weather outside. Their pretzels are an anytime treat to snack on wherever I go.
I ordered two pretzels and the whole crew laughed at me. They then spoke among themselves claiming its busier than usual so I'd have to wait. Clearly unprofessional, since the mall had two other customers waiting. They were not busy, just clearly behind.
