I haven't been here too many times, but have been going to this Auntie Anne's for a long time. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. Their frozen lemonades are refreshing especially when there's warm weather outside. Their pretzels are an anytime treat to snack on wherever I go.
Disgusting!!! Tastes like soap or some kind of chemical, don't waste your money! Zero stars if possible

I ordered two pretzels and the whole crew laughed at me. They then spoke among themselves claiming its busier than usual so I'd have to wait. Clearly unprofessional, since the mall had two other customers waiting. They were not busy, just clearly behind.

It’s discouraging when the employees are touching their hats or hijabs with their gloves and then proceeds to touch food being served without changing gloves

Never been here before but Joanna was amazing. She handled an extremely long line so quickly but kindly. She looked like she really knew how to run the place easily. It was clean and she made sure to offer me sauce so i didnt forget. Alycia was preparing food so that no one had to wait and worked well with her counterpart. Overall just had to let a manager know these woman are top notch!

I ordered from here yesterday got home and proceeded to eat my pretzel bites with the hotdogs in it and they were burnt. Very an edible. I tried to call several times yesterday and today and no one answered the phone to try to make things right. Do not go to this place because they're very unprofessional and the service was bad as well. How can you serve inedible food and be comfortable with that probably the first and last time I will go to auntie Anne'sUpdate: I got food poisoning from them. I am not able to stay out of the bathroom.

the lady at this place was very rude and snarky when we asked her about the promotion on the app about a free pretzel. she just repeatedly said we needed points for a free pretzel and when we showed her what it said on the app she said "i don't know about that, i'm not sure that's real"

My pretzel was burnt and not cooked fully so what are the odds I blame it on the oven they cook the pretzels in these workers were doing there very best and the over was clearly malfunctioning not working properly and I feel bad for leaving a one star but this company do better replace the pretzel oven
I have always loved auntie Ann’s pretzels. This location had good pretzels and lemonade but the staff was not nice. My son accidentally dropped his lemonade and spilt it and I asked the employees if they had a bigger rag or paper towel I could borrow to clean it up. One of them reached for paper towels to hand them to me and then the other one said they weren’t allowed to hand out paper towels and stopped the other employee from helping me. They told me that I would have to find a janitor or use the napkins.I just didn’t feel very considered as a customer that was having a problem that they easily could have helped me with by handing me the paper towels instead of forcing me to used 50 napkins.Starbucks would have walked out and helped me clean it up and replaced my sons drink. There’s better service at other places at the mall even for small $15 purchases.

Love Auntie Anne's pretzels. Can't go wrong with them. Love their choices to choose from, almond, cinnamon, original they are all yummy. Quick service and usually not a long wait.

These corn dogs came out burnt and tasted like they been in the sun too long. The bottom of them corn dog bites taste like straight up oil and they came in a Coca-Cola cup that you supposed to drink out of ? ?

Stale pretzels. The whole idea behind this place is to get a hot fresh pretzel.. the two we got were older and not very fresh. Very chewey! For what they charge they better step it up! Sad. We threw them out and not going back. We are going to the other place and hopefully they are better.
