Husband and I ate here on Christmas Eve. We had reservations and our table was ready fir us when we arrived. Our server's name was Jenny and she took great care of us. We each got an Old Fashioned that was perfect! We got the spicy shrimp appitizer and Jenny suggested we get extra crustini and we were glad we did to soak up the extra broth sereved with the shrimp. Husband ordered the Cuban Sandwich with spicy aoli for his fries. I got the paella 🥘 the scallops were...
We did not have reservations but the host was accompanied us, much appreciation.
Our server was Merlian, just like the actress! She was a joy to have around and definitely will request her again.
Our meal and drinks were delicious. The only con take away would be that all my left overs did not taste appetizing and on the verge of being bad and it was literally the next day.

Had the unique pleasure of having a friend and their daughter after having a evening dinner visit bring some delicious food to share with me. Really good food! While hearing about what a great visit they had I was busy eating and it was great! Good food good bread awsome time had and I liked it enough to pull my phone out and write about it! So for sure Barbistro ranks in the top level and the fact that it's in Midland it's an off the chart cause I really think Midland...
