I go here alot. Today the two gals in there rushed me-kept asking the same questions over and over-it just overall was a stressful experience. My icecream has ice crystals in it also. Wimp womp womp.

I have been a Baskin Robbins fan since I was a child. My family and I have visited this location about 5 times within the last 10 or so months. Most employees are friendly and polite but there is one that's rude every time. I'm in customer service and always extremely kind, (and forgiving). We always order 3 ice creams. She always says rudely, "is that it?" And when I ordered the next ice cream, SHE ROLLED HER EYES!! The last time we were there she rolled them...

Incredible help & the store was nicely air-conditioned in Tacoma but the South Puyallup store was hot &muggy so my son & I left to the Tacoma store instead, South Puyallup store seriously needs the ac fixed & get some seats inside ,/jeeez:(
