During my stay at the Murano, I had the pleasure to experience both the breakfast and dinner menus at the Bite restaurant located on the 4th floor.When I first arrived, I met an associate for coffee and Deborah made us the Mocha and Latte, both were great. The staff at Bite are friendly and provide great service! The food is amazing too. I give this restaurant 5/5 stars for atmosphere, service, and menu options. Thank you for being available during the Holidays as well!
The young woman server was obviously overwhelmed. Straight up said it was too much. Huffed and puffed a lot. There was a large group seated next to us, and when one of the guests asked for ranch, the server forcefully put it down on the table. I brought this up to the gentleman, who I assumed was the manager, and he comped a lot of their stuff. I'm glad, but then me and my partner had to wait over 45 minutes passed closed to be served. I stay at this hotel a couple times...
