They were supposed to open at 5:00 and I got there at 5:30 but they didn’t end up opening til 6:00 so I sat and read my book without a drink. Five stars because the bathroom smelled like watermelon starbursts.
Drinks are made well and service great, however it's overpriced. I realize it's an upscale hotel bar but c'mon, us poor folk wanna drink to. Friend had the burger and said he didn't enjoy it, too much dry bread. Just needed a real butter grilled bun and it'd be better. The bar is wide open, the front desk for check-ins and such is in plain view, which I didn't like, felt like I was drinking in an airport bar. The staff at Bite are friendly and provide great service! The food is amazing too. I give this restaurant 5/5 stars for atmosphere, service, and menu options. Thank you for being available during the Holidays as well!
