I’ve been a regular at Bluebeard for 10yrs now & recommend it to any & everyone passing through Tacoma. I love my baristas & my weekly Bluebeard stops! I am partial to the 6th Ave location but both are great.
Latte art 8/10, taste 8/10, atmosphere, 7/10. Tacoma’s premier rostery did not disappoint, bringing out some amazing flavors which are surprisingly rare on the west coast. Served with sparkling water which is always 👌. Atmosphere was a classic industrial setting, a tad crowded for a weekday. Only qualm was baristas forgot to make our drink, but quickly made once reminded.
Bluebeard what kind of chill it gives you a little bit of that it could be super sexy coming from my authentic self but at the same time don't say that for the appearance of some sensitive Souls.
I also had a matcha, it comes off like a smoothie tea. it's good. I think humbles everything's good since I got my taste buds back from not drinking alcohol no more. Check them out cool spot.
