Don't do a mobile order in the morning and expect fast pickup. 10 minute wait in line and no way to pickup at window. Really?? I think my relationship with Starbucks in North Tacoma is fading. No old town or stadium stores anymore
Have not tried the food, but the coffee and service were great. The pike place roast though great tasting wasn't very hot. Could've been a bit hotter. Not complaining just saying.

Nice manager and staff; however, the usual decaf was watery with too much cream. After 2 attempts, I gave up. Who wants to pay $3 plus tip for hot milky water. I was also slighty burned on my hand and thigh because the flimsy lid on cup was not secure when passed to me - made a mess in my car too. Frustrated but the manager's kindness, willingness and attempt to help made a difference.
