The baristas at this location are truly incredible humans, and they make great coffee! Noah, Adam, Mikey, Clarissa and Ari, are the reason I've made this Starbucks my go-to coffee drive-thru.

It's a convenient place to grab coffee when I'm out on my bike and want to keep an eye on it. Walk-up service is good, but I'd really like if they had an actual place to sit. If those tilted rails are supposed to be benches, they're really unwelcoming, uncomfortable, and don't even provide a place to put your drink or food down. Between this location and the UW one, there aren't any Starbucks I can sit at, completely removing it from being the "Third Place" it claims to be.

I called in to customize my 1 drink I ordered and they responded, "honestly this is the busiest time of the day." If they did not restrict DoorDash to not allow special instructions and instead put a note to state to contact the store directly for special instructions, I would not have had to call. No right to have a complete attitude when all I was asking for was extra whip. So much for my kind gesture of ordering a drink for my boyfriend who is long distance.
Was visiting Washington a second time this year to look at houses in this area. Naturally I wanted my coffee to get my energy up. Was excited to order but was taken back by this rude, know-it-all, demeaning woman with lime greenish hair taking my order. I can hear her yelling at the staff and making condescending and extremely awful remarks about how customers place orders. This was all through the drive thru speaker which I could hear loud and clear. Pulling up to the window I can see her continuing to make comments while the very nice barista handed me my order. There is clearly no shame or standards for this Starbucks for their employees and who they hire. I have never experienced this at any other Starbucks and really makes me not want to go back.
