“The OPH organization is absolutely wonderful. My daughter and I are visiting WA and ate at the Bothell location. My daughter purchased a forever coffee mug but left it on the table when we left. We contacted the Manager, Cameron, and he was absolutely amazing with coordinating the pick up of the mug at another location. We arrived at the Tacoma location to pick up the mug and eat lunch. The Manager, Alan, was anticipating our arrival and welcomed us with a big smile. He brought us the mug and for the remainder of our visit both our server Jorge and Manager Alan were very attentive. They checked on us regularly and made us feel like VIPs. Thank you to the OPH team for making our experience memorable. Amazing customer service. We will be back, Alan! “I visited Frank’s for the first time and was really impressed! The guy at the counter was all smiles and genuinely happy to help. The donuts were light, fluffy, and not overly sweet. The jelly-filled one really made my day.

I took a dozen to work where there are usually leftovers because people are watching their calories, but this time the box was empty and they wanted more!“

“My daughter and I visited this morning, and I was pleased to find that the food was fresh and hot. The biscuits were particularly flaky and not dry, which was a nice touch. However, I have a personal preference against paying for food before I eat it, and I was asked to do so this morning. Additionally, on my breakfast sandwich, there was only one piece of bacon, which was barely noticeable due to the larger portions of egg and cheese. While I understand that this may not be a major issue for some, given the price of the sandwich, I would expect more bacon. The staff, however, were friendly. That being said, given the higher prices, I’m uncertain if I’ll return.“

“What can I say about this place.... Other than the food tasted absolutely marvelous, everything was made just the way we requested, and the food portions oh goodness! It was so hard trying to finish everything in decent time, the restaurant was so clean you could probably eat off the floor if you so chose, the service was amazing! Our server Javier was on top of it, granted the restaurant was not incredibly busy, he still managed to make his rounds, clean his tables, get food out in good time, as well as frequently check if we needed anything. When we got there we had immediate service as well. If my wife and I could recommend anybody for a major pay bump or promotion Javier would be that person. This place is also very family friendly and just a nice calm atmosphere altogether. Definitely would recommend eating here, we may even come more often.“
