⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience & Poor Customer Service
I ordered through DoorDash from Buffalo Wild Wings and received someone else’s order entirely. I understand mistakes can happen, but this one involved multiple failures the staff handing off the wrong order and the DoorDash driver not verifying the name.
What makes this especially frustrating is that I do not eat meat. I ordered potato wedges and pretzels, and instead received a large order of chicken and skinny fries, which were also stale. There was absolutely nothing in the order I could even try to make work for myself.
Because of this mistake, I had to wait an additional hour to an hour and a half to place a new order. After DoorDash refunded me, I called the restaurant directly to see if they could offer anything small for the inconvenience, even a modest item in the $10–$15 range considering the error was on their end and the extended wait time.
The response I received was extremely disappointing.
I spoke with Lamar (who I believe is the main manager) and Tatiyana, and neither showed any concern, accountability, or interest in making things right. I wasn’t asking for free food beyond reason just some acknowledgment of the mistake and basic customer service. Instead, I was made to feel like I was annoying them.
I understand this is a business. But just like a business wouldn’t accept half a payment or fake money, customers should reasonably expect to receive the correct order. And when a mistake happens, especially one this significant, the bare minimum is to show that you care.
Mistakes happen. Poor customer service is a choice.
Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of care, accountability, and professionalism.

Wow! I came in here after some Christmas shopping at the Tacoma mall, and wanted to stop by for a quick lunch. After sitting down for a bit, I was immediately seated and the staff were so nice and friendly, so I had high hopes. The Seahawks game was on and it was just a great time, cheering, winning and good food. The food came quick, and even though the place is called “buffalo wild wings” they have some pretty smashing sandwiches and burgers. If you like sports and food, I suggest this place.

We eat at BWW a few times a year and always love it. First time at this location & the last for us! I think we waited 20 minutes for wings & a salad. The wings were overcooked & dry. The lettuce was wilted & looked old. Then they switched to playing music. Concerts aren't as loud. It was awful & we left quickly.

We've eaten at a handful of other locations in the past & enjoyed our meals. This time it was unpleasant.
We waited about 25 minutes for our wings & onion rings. The side salad my wife ordered came last, with wilted lettuce. The wings were overcooked & dry.
During the meal the TV was loud, & both my wife & I commented to each other that it was uncomfortable. The moment a football gamed ended it switched from TV to very, very loud music. My wife immediately stood up & said we need to go.
When we told our waitress it was too loud she apologized & said she has complained about it herself to the manager in the past, saying that it was hard to hear the customers.
We left vowing to never visit this location again.

We were there for lunch. The chicken was cold and dry. I think they attempted to heat up leftovers from the day before. And the music is way too loud making it hard hear the person across the table from you. Asked for coffee, They didn't have any made so she was going to make us fresh coffee which is great but they didn't have coffee filters.. How can a restaurant not have coffee filters?

The food and atmosphere were absolutely amazing; however, we did have a major issue with the service. Our server, Angela, had an attitude and was rushing when it came to serving us. Not only did she constantly mess up our food, but we sat there wondering where she was most of the time when other tables around us were getting helped or checked up on.

Absolutely terrible service. Picked up my to go order, went home and saw they forgot 10 of my wings and my side of carrots and ranch. Went back to get the rest of my order and wasn’t acknowledged by several staff members passing by for at least 10 minutes. They charged us $4 for carrots and each bag had 3 to 5 carrots. We ended up eating about an hour after receiving the initial order, so most of the wings were cold. Not so much as an apology for the inconvenience 👎🏻
