Lazy people work here. Only know how to demand more pay and when comes to do the job they are nowhere to be found. NOT a single person on the floor, all staff is hanging out in the back, nobody great, takes orders or cleans. Every employee in this place seems very entitled. Well, get out from our area if you don't care about people living here and wanting to bring you business. Don't wait on us to start sending complaints to consumer protection, agency, and health department for the roaches running around the floor. Plus when you walk in it smells like somebody threw up on the floor and they just took the mop and mop the whole restaurant with that vomit. Absolutely disgusting place.

Five stars to Lindsey
0 stars to Payton
Huge Thanks to Lindsey – the Real MVP!
We showed up with a large group of 14, and unfortunately didn’t receive the warmest welcome from Payton at first. We were told our group couldn’t be accommodated and walked off and the situation was a bit frustrating while we were celebrating a birthday
But then Lindsey stepped in—and absolutely saved the day. Even though she had just clocked out and was about to leave, she clocked back in just to make sure we were taken care of. That kind of commitment and customer service is rare and deserves major recognition.
Buffalo Wild Wings is lucky to have someone like Lindsey on their team. She turned a negative experience into a great night for our whole group. Thank you, Lindsey—you went above and beyond!

Thank you Lindsay!! Such an amazing server, smile on her face. Upon arrival Payton refused to assist a party of 14, however Lindsay who had already clocked out, put her stuff down clocked in and served our party! Its people like Lindsay that make the food service thrive. We highly appreciate you, and because of you we will be returning!!

We came in unexpectedly on a Saturday night with a table of 14 people - not a terrible experience over all but it was certainly lacking in comparison to other Buffalo Wild Wings experiences. The bill was not correct when brought to the table, there was alittle bit of back and forth with the server before they agreed to resolve it - it seems about two of the people on shift were not completely miserable, you two rock! If I could tip just those two lovely souls today, I would!

Lately I’ve been ordering to-go. Dining in always takes forever to get through a meal. Today I’m disappointed on how my meal was boxed up for an online order.

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend
We visited this location for lunch as a family of five, but unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing. After placing our order, we received the three kids' juices, but the adult waters and appetizers never arrived. When our meals finally came, one of the wing orders was undercooked.
Service throughout was lacking — our server checked on us only briefly and even asked us if we had received parts of our order (which we hadn’t). We ended up canceling those items just to wrap things up. It then took over 10 minutes to get the check, and even though we had inquired about a military discount, it was never applied.
Ultimately, we paid and left unsatisfied. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this location.

The best part are all the tv's and all the different viewable sports games and Mac n Jacks beer on tap! Its kinda loud and to dark for me tho. I prefer a brighter and a more mellow atmosphere. The food was ok but expensive! Unfortunately we went between happy hours. You definitely want to take advantage of happy hour prices for a better value. 3 to 6pm and again 9pm to Midnight! We had the traditional bone in with Thai Curry! You must ask for celery and carrots if u want any! We ordered fries but they never came with the with our wings so they had to remake and it took extra 10 mins or so. Enjoy!

Didn’t get to the food! Couldn’t get past the filthy sticky tables and menus. Bad service because there was no service. Place was empty and we sat in dining area, nothing. Went to the bar, sat at another filthy table and waited for any kind of service. Not even a be there in a minute! Again, the place was empty. Just walked out! Never again!

Spent 65 bucks including tip … order all wrong… don’t eat at the bar. Super trash. You’re paying for the brand. You can get the sauces from Walmart and make it your own :-)

It took 20 minutes for are drinks to come out. The food came out cold, stale and soggy. It tasted like yesterday leftovers. The wings weren’t tossed the sauce was just dumped on the chicken. They were not busy. There was only three other tables that were occupied. The appetizers were better than the actual meal. The appetizers were also the only thing that were fresh. Will not be going to this location ever again.
