Hello again everyone in welcome to one of my other reviews.Today I will be reviewing Buffalo wild wings in Tacoma from our visit on Saturday July 22nd 2023. Now they have three locations in Tacoma so the one I'm reviewing is 4219 South Steele Street right next to Krispy Kreme.I will try not to make this too drawn out. they have a lot of TVs so that atmosphere is pretty good when you walk in. We didn't have a long wait so I won't discuss it cuz that completely varies on the time of day you go but once we sat down our waitress came right over within a few minutes. The biggest problem we had with our waitress and was a huge Red flag is she just plopped down in our booth like a family member. With or without covid I do not like anyone but my own family to be sitting down in my booth so that was a negative right there. Now we are from South Florida we've had a ton of chicken wings over the years but I'm telling you now you should dial down your order because I ordered medium and that was fine I could have done probably better with just mild or the level that's just under medium I don't remember what it is. I love the wings the way they have them here unlike battered wings let's say like at Hooters. My wife for some reason wanted hot wings cuz she thought she medium was too easy for her but hot was way too hot even for me. So the spice level is different in different restaurants what's medium in one is not exactly medium in another so if you are typically getting medium I would order one or two levels under because there's seem to be spicier. Here's my second gripe with my wages we ordered a second round of chocolate milk and lemonade and the girl disappeared for 10-15 minutes!!! So my wife's mouth is burning from the hot wing she had and mine is a little too and we couldn't get any help for quite a while so we were really upset which sadly reflected in her tip. Our daughter has some kind of chicken sandwich but she didn't really like it either. No fear we normally tip very well because we do reviews quite often not to say she got a $1 tip because of course that's not the case. I'm going to include a few pictures we went in the afternoon so parking was absolutely no problem the only other thing is unfortunately you can't fault the restaurant for people around you cuz we had four or five idiot college guys sitting behind his cursing and talking a bunch of crap. One of the photos is of my medium wings and then the darker orange flame colored ones are of the hot wings.

Worse service I’ve ever experienced yesterday (4/19) at night. Refused to help us order takeout or seat us. When asked if we wanted to order, excused herself, and went in back and left me standing and waiting.

The server turned us away one hour before closing, and he said that they were "mostly doing takeout" after I asked him if they were still serving. After that, his friends came in, and he only offered to sit us at the bar after the fact, And after already having spent sometimes time looking at their self-serve menu For takeout. Only because his friends showed up to eat, and he was about to sit them down. As soon as we left he found them a table and served them. Disregarded by a disrespectful lazy employee is all I got from here.By the way, when he offered to sit us at the bar, he pretended that we didn't look 21 and asked us if we all were over 21. I have a full beard and I'm pushing 30 and so does my friend. And we're walking around with full grown women.

I like BWW but this location is the terrible. They have terrible customer service. I made an online order for pick up and when I went to pick up my order, absolutely nobody helped me at the pick up counter until about 10 minutes AFTER I asked someone help and let me mind you I saw my order just sitting there. So now my food is just cold. Go to a better BWW location, don’t waste your time here. Thanks!

By far, the most unorganized restaurant I've ever been to. There was no hostess to check us in, and at least 30 people just standing around at the entrance trying to figure out how to get a seat. The manager was nowhere to be found and every server was clueless.It seemed like nobody there knew how to get things under control. We left after trying for over 45 minutes to get a seat or at least get on a wait list. A lot of people followed right behind us.I'll take my business to a restaurant that is organized and actually knows how to operate. The service here is nothing short of embarrassing.

we picked up chicken wings, and they had to be the worst chicken wings we’ve ever had. These wings were definitely bottom of the barrel wings with no meat on them. They were super dry and I was still hungry after eating 20 dry wings. This is ridiculous, wingstop it is. It was so bad I had to go get another meal from Chick-fil-A.

Had a pick up order that was an absolute waste of money. Im not usually one to complain, but this was absolutely terrible. I ordered medium sauce. They were the driest boneless wings I've ever experienced. Had I picked it up myself I would have had them correct it immediately. I dont think ill be ordering from here again as this is the second time they have let me down (First time was a server concern).

Submitted an order online with a promo code, and paid for it. Show up at the location for pickup for the manager to tell me the order was a scam and they don’t have it. Although I knew that wasn’t true at the time because they saw the order in their computer and sent three different staff members to look for it. Manager was adamant that ordering off the website was a scam. I called my bank and confirmed that I was in fact charged by the real Buffalo Wild Wings. I submitted a complaint— just for the manager to call and continue to gaslight, saying it was a scam but that he has found my order and REFUNDED ME. How could it be a scam if you are able to pull the order and refund me??? And why did it take a week for you to reach out??? If I didn’t contact corporate I would have never gotten my money back. I would recommend no one visit this location as I had such a terrible experience but the other reviews also prove how horrendous the service and food is. Unfortunately I feel as though this was targeted towards me. I think it’s cruel to make a paying customer believe their payment was scammed by a third party and that you couldn’t fulfill the order when in fact it was your choice alone to not fulfill it, and my bank information was secure, and payment was not in fact scammed.
I had an amazing experience, my drinks were perfect. And the waitress, Mariela was superb, I will be back soley because her service. 100% recommend ask for

The kitchen sucked. The food was overdone and then cold. Nothing came out together.The server had to go back and reorder half of our table because the order got lost. The server did well. The GM just made excuses and didn't really care. I will not be going back.

Consistently the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. The food is lukewarm, I feel ill after eating here, and the service is slow.I've come here with large parties where one person will get their food after everyone else is done. And it's STILL cold. Even just now someone turned up the radio so high that all conversation in the room was drowned out.I do not recommend eating here.

So I’m currently sitting in Buffalo Wild Wings and this is the worst service ever, and for a pick up order that was places over 45 min ago. This location has not enough staffing, poor customer service. The bar tenders are great though, I was able to have 3 drinks in my waiting process!

Everyone I come to this location, I always look for the corona bottle honoring a fallen soldier. I’ve always said the day they stop honoring our service members will be the day I stop giving BWW my business.Today we met Tracey. She had great personality and was quick and prompt with her service. We didn’t have to ask for anything.I have traditional wings (desert heat and lemon pepper dry rub) the desert heat isn’t really that hot and the lemon pepper has a lot of lemon flavor. They were good but I preferred the desert heat.All in all Tracey was amazing and we will be back
