Wow, went inside to grab dinner and everyone looked miserable, one lady was chewing gum like her life depended on it. Lady running the counter was rude and being rude to the cooking staff (zero customer service) I ordered a bacon burger and my husband ordered something and added bacon and cheese. My burger had 1 peice of bacon and my husband didn't get any. Inside looked dirty. Definitely not a great experience.

I know fast food is notoriously known for terrible service, but the middle aged white woman that’s a manager at this store is one of the worst. I almost wanted to retaliate but caught myself knowing that karma plays a nice game for people like this. Your attitude is disgusting and I feel bad for you seriously. Your life has to be such a terrible one for you to act they way you do and you’ll get what’s coming to you.

This location is awful. We ordered via the app and when we pulled up to the speaker, we were informed they were taking a 5 minute break. Not asked. Told. And when the night manager decided to the others employees about how "politely he asked us", he forgot to turn his drive thru headset off and my boyfriend called him out because we could still hear him. The night manager followed up by storming out of the backdoor of the location, popping out of the bushes like a creep, and proceeding to yell about how they were "$600 over tonight" and other nonsense. When we asked for a refund, he ran back inside to attempt to make the food, but do you really think we're going to trust your food handling after that display? No thank you. Kindly refund order #40 from 2/29 at approximately 11:10p as you did not actually provide any food. We will also be reach out to corporate.
